Refund/Return/Exchange Policy/Warranty.

It is normal part and parcel of the business to have a customer who is not satisfied with the product he receives. To make this right companies give customers a choice to make when they are not satisfied with the product. To make this there are always policies of a company or particular organization on how to work on it. Similarly we take pride to offer the customer with a choice so that he is satisfied with what he receives. 

We respect the decisions made by a customer and in return we expect our policies to be respected too.

Refund/Return Policy

Refund of the money is always a choice when your products comes out and it does not match the criteria’s that we have agreed on with the customer. e.g. a customer orders a Teak Book Shelf with the size of 100x40x200 cm and we do not deliver the exact size, customer has a choice to not accept it on the delivery and not pay the outstanding until sorted out or he/she can apply for a full refund with no questions asked. or it can be a case with the design, where the design is not how the customer has ordered.

However if the customer is fine with the product delivered and accepts it on the delivery by will and pays full with the signature on the delivery order agreeing to accept the furniture then there will be no refund for the same in foreseeable  future.

This will mean that the customer is willing to accept the furniture and is willing to clear the outstanding payment without any pressure.

As it is obvious this is all natural wood, and all the furniture is made from natural wood, if there is by any chance we are unable to fulfil the order, customer has full right to apply for refund.

All the refunds will take 3 working days to process upon conformation of the complete documentation, depending on Your bank will reflect the amount credited in your account.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of the furniture delivered is acceptable within 7 days from the date of delivery. Subjected that there is any defect in the product. If there is any defect in the product we will take it back to fix it and if can not be fixed there will be a replacement for the same product one on one with no questions asked.

The wood goes through a natural process and may vary its property from place to place or temperature to temperature. That is where our service after sales come into play. The warranty which was provided comes into play and there will be fixing of furniture without any extra cost from the customer.

The wood can shrink and expand with Air conditioning or may be when exposed to heat or damp environment, but these things in wood are normal process and we do fix these which will be covered in warranty.

Refund in this situation is not valid. There will be no refund in such cases as the above but yes it can be fixed and if it is too worse to be fixed a complete replacement will be provided.

Warranty:

All our products are covered under manufacturer warranty, depending on the design of the particular unit or other features of the product the warranty covers the product. The warranty of the products starts from 1 year and up to 8 years.

Overseas Warranty:

All the products warranty can be covered within the country (Malaysia). No outstation warranty is provided, be it delivered by us ourselves or our product shipped by customer, it will not be covered in any type of warranty.
